■ How Long We Keep and Use Personal Information
In principle, we delete personal information promptly after achieving the purpose of collecting and using said personal information. However, provided that the relevant law and regulations demand, Company store member information for the following period as specified by the relevant law:

Stored period: 3 years
Records pertaining to display and advertisement: 6 months (Act on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records pertaining to cancellation of agreement or offer: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Record of payment and goods supply: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records pertaining to consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce Transactions, etc.)
Records pertaining to collection/processing and use of credit information: 3 years (Use and Protection of the Credit Information Act)
■ The procedure and method of deleting personal information
In principle, Company deletes personal information promptly after achieving the purpose of collecting and using said personal information as follows:
ο Deletion procedure
Information entered by Members for the purpose of signing up, among others, is, after the relevant purpose has been achieved, transferred to a separate database (or to a separate filing cabinet, for paper documents) and saved for a certain period for information preservation according to Company’s internal policy and/or relevant law and regulations (See How Long We Keep and Use Personal Information) prior to being deleted.
Personal information that has been transferred to a separate database, unless otherwise required by law, will not be use for any other purpose than specified.
ο Deletion method
- Personal information saved in an electronic format will be deleted by using a technical method that does not allow said information to be restored.
■ Disclosure to Third Parties
In principle, Company does not disclose personal information of Users to a third party. However, this does not apply if:
- users agreed to such disclosure in advance; and/or
- such disclosure is required by law and regulations or by an investigation agency for an investigative purpose in accordance with established procedure and method.

Company will not share, without your consent, your personal information with a third party. Should it become necessary at any point in the future, we will notify you of such and, if needed, obtain your consent in advance.

Users can always view and/or modify their personal information submitted to Service and request cancellation of their membership.
To view or modify personal information, users need to click‘Modify Personal Information’ (or, ‘Modify Member Info,’ etc.) and, to cancel their membership (canel agreement), click ‘Delete Account’ and verify their authorization.
Alternatively, you can contact the peresonal information manager via mail, phone, or email and we will promptly take action accordingly.
Once you requested modification of incorrect personal information, we will not use or share said personal information until we complete the correction. In addition, if we have already shared incorrect personal information with a third party, we will immediately notify said third party to correct the information.
We process personal information that was asked by users to be canceled or deleted in accordance with “How Long We Keep and Use Personal Information” and does not allow such information to be viewed or used for any other purpose than specified.
